Collection: The Eye Protocol

This is the single most useful thing on this page, because most people buy the wrong product for years.

1. Pigment. Actual melanin in the skin under the eye — genetic, post-inflammatory, or sun-driven. This responds to topicals. Brightening actives and daily SPF genuinely move it.

2. Vascular and skin quality. Thin, crepey skin letting the blue-purple of underlying vessels show through. This partly responds to topicals — anything that improves thickness, firmness and light reflection helps, and this is where a good eye treatment earns its place.

3. Shadow from hollowing. Volume loss in the tear trough casting a shadow that looks like a dark circle but is not pigment at all. No cream fixes this. Not ours, not anyone's. Hollowing is structural, and the honest answers are filler, fat grafting or surgery.

If you have been buying eye creams for years with no change, there is a good chance you are treating problem 3 with a product built for problem 1. Hold a light directly under your eye and look in a mirror: if the darkness largely disappears, it is shadow, and you want a consultation rather than another jar.

Morning — protect. The under-eye gets more UV than almost anywhere and almost none of the sunscreen. Notice what rose: photodamage, redness, pigment and lines — which is what this protocol targets. Texture, pores and porphyrins are not what it is aimed at, and they did not improve. A result that moves only where you intervened is worth more than a perfect scorecard.

If the darkness is shadow from hollowing, if you have real lower-lid laxity, or if there is herniated fat creating a bag, a topical is not going to get you there and we would rather say so. Those have structural answers, and we perform them.
