Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing The Piazza Center. We are committed to providing the highest quality medical-grade skincare products and supplements. If a return is necessary, the following policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.

Return window

30-day returns: Unused, unopened products may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Return method: Returns are accepted by mail. Contact us first at (512) 288-8200 or shop@thepiazzacenter.com for return instructions.
Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Opened products: We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, unless the item is defective or damaged as described below.

Final sale items

All items in our Sale collection are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Defective or damaged products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged on delivery, contact us right away at (512) 288-8200 or shop@thepiazzacenter.com. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Customized or personalized products

Due to their nature, customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

All returns must include the original order confirmation or proof of purchase.
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed.
