The Dr. Medion Spaoxy Gel Bright Plus is a professional-grade vitamin C brightening face mask designed to fade dark spots, reverse sun damage, and protect skin from free radicals using advanced carboxy therapy.

This powerful at-home treatment uses oxygenation technology to increase circulation and help skin recover from dullness, sun damage, and harsh environmental stressors like pollution and heat. With six single-use masks per box, it’s an ideal weekly ritual or post-procedure recovery booster after lasers, microneedling, or injectables.

Dr. Piazza's tip: "Bright Plus is especially effective for treating sun damage and discoloration, while helping protect skin with antioxidants."

Benefits:

  • Brightens skin with stabilized Vitamin C

  • Delivers oxygen to skin via CO₂ microbubbles

  • Reduces dullness, discoloration, and post-treatment redness

  • Boosts antioxidant protection against environmental damage

  • Enhances skin’s glow, firmness, and tone

What’s Included:

  • 6 single-use sets (Gel Base + Vitamin C Booster)

  • Made in Japan by Dr. Medion, inventor of carboxy therapy for skin

Who It’s For:

  • Skin recovering from sun exposure, heat, or pollution

  • Post-treatment recovery (lasers, microneedling)

  • Dull, pigmented, or uneven skin

  • Normal to resilient skin types*

If you have sensitive skin, try the original Spaoxy Gel formula first.

Questions, answered

Will this help melasma, or just general sun damage?

It is built for sun damage and general discolouration, and that is how we position it. Melasma is a different problem — hormonally driven, deep, and prone to rebounding after anything that inflames the skin — and no single mask addresses it. If melasma is your concern the things that actually move it are rigorous daily mineral SPF with visible-light coverage, a considered prescription regimen, and patience; a brightening mask is a supporting player at best. Worth a consult rather than a purchase.

How often do I use six masks, and when will I see a change?

Once a week is the usual rhythm, which makes a box about six weeks. Each one is a single-use gel base plus a vitamin C booster, mixed at the time. Expect an immediate brightness that lasts a day or two, and a more gradual evenness in tone over the course of the box if you are also protecting from the sun daily. Without daily SPF, a brightening product is a treadmill — you will undo each mask before the next one.

My skin is sensitive. Should I use Bright Plus or the original?

Start with the original Spaoxy Gel. Bright Plus is formulated for normal to resilient skin — the vitamin C concentration that makes it effective on pigment is also what makes it more likely to sting on reactive skin. The plain formula gives you the same carboxy step without that. If the original sits well over a few uses, you can try Bright Plus afterwards. Do not start with it on skin that reacts to most things, and do not use it on a face that is still recovering.
