The Piazza Center stocked Plated (platelet-derived Renewosome™ by RION) for several years. We have discontinued the line, and the last of our Plated stock is selling through now. If you came here looking for it, this page explains what replaced it and why.

Two lines carry that work forward: Exoceuticals for exosome-based regenerative skincare, and Pavise for daily photoprotection and post-procedure support. A third — INVO exosomes — is arriving soon.

Exoceuticals — our exosome line

Exoceuticals uses eXo³ exosomes derived from human adipose stromal cells — a mesenchymal lineage, the same embryologic origin as the dermal fibroblasts that build collagen and extracellular matrix. Plated's exosomes are platelet-derived, drawn from the body's wound-signalling cascade.

These are different proposed mechanisms, not a ranking. The one published head-to-head comparison of adipose-derived exosomes against platelet-rich plasma with RF microneedling was a non-inferiority study, and it found the two comparable across wrinkles, pigmentation, redness and texture. We standardised on Exoceuticals for its formulation range — face, eye, body, lips and longevity — and its ECM-remodelling rationale, not because the evidence shows it outperforms what we carried before.

Pavise — photoprotection and post-procedure

Pavise is the line we reach for on the protection side of the same problem. Its DiamondCore™ mineral filter addresses visible light as well as UV — relevant for melasma and post-inflammatory pigmentation, where visible light is an under-addressed driver — without the white cast that makes most mineral sunscreens unwearable. The line also includes a post-procedure serum, a night biostimulator, an eye concentrate and a cleanser built to actually remove mineral SPF.

Where these fit in a protocol

Most of the positive human data on exosomes comes from treatments where they are applied through a channel — microneedling, fractional laser — rather than onto intact skin. That is a procedure, and it is one we perform. An at-home serum is best understood as maintenance between visits. We would rather tell you that than imply a bottle does what an in-office protocol does.
