All sales are final.
The term for all Premium Memberships is one calendar year, initiating on the purchase date and auto-renewing on each anniversary of the purchase date, unless canceled prior to renewal.
If you would like to upgrade your Premium Membership, call us at (512) 288-8200.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for memberships, products, services, or gift cards.
Reward points do not expire and may be used for products and services in the store or at The Piazza Center.
Reward points have no cash value and may not be transferred or combined.
The performance of any service is at the sole discretion of our medical staff.
If you are not an appropriate candidate for a service you have purchased, the purchase amount may be applied toward another service or products that are available in our store.
